Until Further Notice: In order that we may continue to provide the highest level of care for all of our birds, our 501(c)3 non profit pet bird rescue will be temporarily limiting the acceptance of incoming birds, with the exception of EMERGENCY or URGENT requests. In the meantime, we urge you NOT to release your birds outdoors or list your pet birds(s) on various online sites. If you are contemplating those choices, please contact us. We will continue to monitor the phone/email, etc , and appreciate your patience during this busy time.

Please note that we are unable to accept sick or injured pet birds that may require extensive veterinary care as we are a non-profit facility. We receive NO funding from the State or County and rely solely on donations/grants, as well as our adoption fees, to provide ongoing care for the many birds that we receive.
We can, however, offer assistance in the form of advice or referrals to local avian veterinarians or emergency animal hospitals in your area, if required. ”

About Our New Logo
Copyright 2021 - Our new logo, featuring Sebastian (Hyacinth Macaw in the background), Sully (Scarlet Macaw, on left), and Ruby (Scarlet Macaw, on right) was designed by graphic artist Michelle Leveille, from an original pencil sketch by Courtney Calleja, our Director’s daughter.
